When you buy an electric car, how many miles do you need to drive it to make it environmentally friendly to have bought it on the first place?

It’s between 8K and 80K depending on the size of the car and how the electricity is generated to charge it.

So a small wattage car in Sweden which is charged by renewables would be about 8K.
Where as a big American Tesla charged with coal would be 80K.
Based on a 12-15 year life cycle.

So any given country should gear up for green energy first, and then think about the cars.
