My brother in law passed today, 42yrs, leaves behind my sister and two little girls, 3 & 5, it was the 5 yr olds birthday today, what are the fuckin chances. The poor fella has been battling tumors in the brain for the last 2yrs, had every operation available but eventually they could do no more, they kept coming back. My sister was with him in the palliative care unti, literally felt the last beat of his heart, Christ it’s a terrible disease.
