We donât practice gratitude enough. I found myself complaining this morning when my little lad wanted me to play with him and his cars first thing.
I should be massively grateful that Iâm in a position to be able to do that.

Missus met the oncologist today, had a few reactions to chemo along the way, as she explained this can happen post surgery as no cancer cells to attack and can temporarily damage some healthy cells, anyway all good, scan result all A1 last week, blood results excellent, organ functionality all good, only have to see her every 6 months for the next 2 years as a matter of course, back to normality beckons now. 5 weeks since the last one, sheâs feeling way better so SIGNING OUT of here for good
