That number is high because I missed a week.
Why would missing a week cause an increase?
Because my body produces more iron in a fortnight than a week and I didnât have the venesection in between to lower the level.
I didnât realise the venesection reduces the level. I thought it was just to take a reading. Iâm still new to all this so forgive my questioning.
