No problem. That’s the purpose of the vene alright. Blood tests are taken separately

I think so. Also I cut out the red wine and the porter and cut down on red meat. I think the dietary thing is of marginal benefit though.

Agreed re diet if getting venesection. I’d always thought fortnightly would be plenty though
