How come @Julio Geordio never posts his readings on here?

Whatā€™s public enemy no.1 diet wise here? Or does that matter a fuck?

Iā€™m long overdue a blood letting @Mac. Fortunately mine was known in the family so I was tested early and the levels never got near the boys, so Iā€™ve to only go once every three months.

High Iron foods obviously. But weā€™re also supposed to avoid Shellfish as thereā€™s a kind of food poisoning you can get from shellfish which can be fatal to us Iron men.
Diet isnā€™t massive in it really so long as youā€™re not doing anything stupid. I gave up drinking Guinness & orange juice regularly, and started drinking tea after my dinner. They are the only dietary changes Iā€™ve made.

Vitamin c is a poison for us haemos. I used to get up every morning and make myself beautiful juices, thinking I was doing myself the world of good. In fact I was killing myself.

Nutribullets

You hardly needed a doctor to tell you do that you sick fuck

Itā€™s called the black and amber. Its delicious

Question fagan, could you not have blood taken more often, or would that take out too much if what you do need? Iā€™m rooting for you fwiw.

Could they not take out all your blood and pump you with new fresh stuff?

Heā€™s not a fucking Dunlop tyre
