Not entirely but I wouldn’t drink that much anyway. Maybe I should cut it out totally and see if it has an effect. I was sick earlier on in the week so I already know there is going to be a spike in my levels on this weeks reading anyway

Any sort of virus or bug will naturally cause a spike in Ferritin levels whether you are a haemo or not
