I know it doesn’t help alright but getting my kicking leg wrapped around my standing one probably did most of the damage!

A friend of mine is in every week for the last 18 months getting blood drained and his numbers are still in the thousands. Hard to believe that there’s such a pile of it in him.

I’m in every month now again. The nurse who takes the blood is nearly my best friend at this stage.
