The Celtic Phoenix - A thread to list the economic miracles of Michael Noonan & Fine Gael

Nope mate.i see opportunies to sell ip in potato land and move here now

Please don’t do that buddy. The place is falling apart* without you.
You’d be relegated to posting during the window lickers slot, i.e. while the rest of us sleep the Aussies and Canadians take over and destroy the place.

  • with the exception of the celeb spotting thread, that’s thriving.

Noonan ain’t going anywhere.

Hope he tops the poll again ahead of that weasel Willie.

The man who sent AJ Chopra and the IMF packing :ronnyroar:

The troika didnt leave a single day earlier than what had been agreed with Brian Lenihan

It’s great to see Noonans opponents discuss how they would spend the money that Kaiser Noonan has generated for the Irish people.

The silence on this thread is deafening.

Has “The Celtic Phoenix” taken off into the mainstream yet lads? I really hoped it might.

Newspapers haven’t got around to it yet surprisingly - they are pre-occupied with stories about pensioners being left on hospital trolleys for 72 hrs, about severely disabled people being denied medical cards and reporting on the thousands of kids and families living in emergency housing… I’m sure it is only a matter of time tho, pal. Hold tough.

The country was saved. What the people do with it now is up to them.

Indeed. All we can hope is that the country is in the right hands.,

Democracy is the right of the people. You’d wonder was Stalin right when you see some of the decisions made by the Irish people since the Civil War, but we live and die by the will of the majority. So be it.

Having seen Enda Kenny in action of late you can’t but admire the job noonan has done. Single handedly turned the place around

I think you’re vastly underestimating the tremendous job Charles J has done. One of the great foreign ministers.

Most people didn’t feel the “recovery”, mate.
