The Celtic Phoenix - A thread to list the economic miracles of Michael Noonan & Fine Gael

You’ll remember only the rich made it into those boats and everyone else was left to die.

People should be able to work and live comfortably. Poor Erika last night is a hard working mother who can’t afford a roof over her head due to the Blueshirts.

There are thousand upon thousands like her…hard working people who can just about pay for a roof over their head and have to go to places like penny dinners to get a feed

The winners clubbed the losers around the head and took the lifeboats for themselves.

Thats why some people will always be winners and some people will always be losers

Funny how @TreatyStones is back on the FF bandwagon now that they’ve picked up a few seats

Like FF, I’m flexible in my position.

I found @the_man_himself’s rebirth the most amusing. Maybe I missed it, but I don’t think he’d said a peep about his love for FF over the past 5 years or so prior to this?

Because winners are amoral and devoid of ethics and remorse?

Winners do what it takes.

The country was littered with those who secretly harboured a love for FF, but kept their head down only to re-emerge when they felt it was safe.

It shows the type of moral backbone of the individuals concerned. How they really stand up for what they believe in.

Say what you like about the Shinners, but at least they’re unapologetic and open in their views.

They are afraid of a level playing field.

I think you’ve both lost it with this Titanic analogy lads, maybe let it sink and move on.

A Govt should look after the less well off in society anyway. Sadly this will be abused by layabouts and ne’er do wells. Its a fact of life.

Ah yeah, like flies around shit.

The age of entitlement which rewards idleness is coming to an end as it is not sustainable.

SF are like the Dutch boy with his finger in the dyke*

Best of luck to you all.

They’re well used to having to do so at this stage.

You’re not wrong about the Shinners tbf.

I think poor Erika needs to name and shame the father of her child. Thats not being cruel but both him and her have responsibilities here.

She is making every taxpayer in the country pay his dues.

I dont think that is right and the onus is on Erika in this regard. Its a form of ‘helping yourself’ that the idle class seem to loath.

What if FF were the iceberg and SF are a German uboat waiting to sink our sister ship we launched a few years after the titanic?
