I agree but that doesnât mean heâs wrong heâs just a bit of a cunt.
They havenât got to the owner yet but are blaming the foreign players. itâs only a matter of time youâd imagine
@Copper_pipe just posted a video of the two lads speaking better English than you, he is as wrong as the day is long
Heâs been proven right though. The academy types were excellent at weekend. Werner was shite again.
Chelsea Football Club have today parted company with Head Coach Frank Lampard.
This has been a very difficult decision, and not one that the owner and the Board have taken lightly.
We are grateful to Frank for what he has achieved in his time as Head Coach of the Club. However, recent results and performances have not met the Clubâs expectations, leaving the Club mid-table without any clear path to sustained improvement.
There can never be a good time to part ways with a club legend such as Frank, but after lengthy deliberation and consideration it was decided a change is needed now to give the Club time to improve performances and results this season.
Roman Abramovich said,
âThis was a very difficult decision for the Club, not least because I have an excellent personal relationship with Frank and I have the utmost respect for himâ.
âHe is a man of great integrity and has the highest of work ethics. However, under current circumstances we believe it is best to change managers.
âOn behalf of everyone at the Club, the Board and personally, I would like to thank Frank for his work as Head Coach and wish him every success in the future. He is an important icon of this great club and his status here remains undiminished. He will always be warmly welcomed back at Stamford Bridge.â
The Club will be making no further comment until such time as a new Head Coach is appointed.
You are talking rubbish as usual. Castles will sooner stick the knife in on lampard than try and protect him Like sky sports will.
He was reporting the dressing room was divided in two and that the owner would pick a side. He also claimed Avram grant was a close friend of the owners and he had no bother in sacking Him so the managers friendship with him would have little bearing.
youâre really bad at being a WUM. Really bad.
You seem to think a journalist claiming that portion of a managers squad arenât listening to his team talks and are off doing their own thing is throwing the foreigners under the bus.
Iâd argue it reflects poorly on the manager. Castles was spot on. He said the owner would pick a side. He has been proven correct.
youâre holding up Duncan Castles as a paragon of virtue. Youâre desperate.
A lot easier sack the manager than the players.
He has been proven correct is all Iâm saying.
Chelsea in the last 15 years have been as successful as any other English club I reckon.
European cup, 5 leagues? And numerous other trophies.
Theyâve continually sacked their managers and it nearly always worked out as well. Iâve zero issue with their policies and donât see why the media lose their minds over it. Jose x 2, grant, big Phil, conte, Di matteo, lampard and Avb have all gotten the chop. It works for them. The managers canât complain either when the hammer falls on them.
Carlo ancelotti as well. In fact Iâd say Rafa and gus hiddick are the only two not to get fired.
Sarri wasnât sacked. He left for Juve.
