The Chelsea supporters thread

Breathtaking double standards - Italy are four times World Cup winners and one of the superpowers of World Football. Elimination in the quarter final is failure for Italy. Contrast that to the standard you hold Lionel Messi to, even in reaching a World Cup Final or how you dismiss Pochettino as a managerial failure.

Italy knocked out the European Championship holders and beat the Belgian side who were then the no. 1.ranked side in the world at the Euros. They then lost to the World Cup Champions via a method you refer to as a “lottery system”. You’re the one with the double standards.

Italy had exited the previous international tournament in the group stage so he did build on what he took over, whichever way you want to look at it.

Shocking double standards in the comparison to the Spurs manager
Your blinkers will always fuck you up, open your mind or you’ll never be able for a debate.
Rat face failed on the international stage, there is no two ways about it.

What double standards. I meerly called you out a false and illogical comment that Conte will set Chelsea back 5 years when it’s clear he improves teams from when he takes charge.

He improved Italy so much they lost to Ireland at a tournament
And he’s doing a shit job this year which means he’ll be for the chop and back to competing for tin pots.
If you’re not first you’re last has been the gist of your comments re Spurs, Conte was never first in his failed career as the manager of a supposed footballing superpower, and everyday he’s at your beloved Chelsea he’s setting them back,

The Ireland game was a dead rubber. Irrespective of the result for Italy they would top the group. Italy made 8 changes for that game so your point is frivolous. You don’t seem to be making much sense here, desperate use of emojis will not cut it with a master debater either.

Taking Chelsea from to 10th to 1st is not setting them back.
Taking Juventus from two successive 7th place finishes to 3 titles in a row is not setting them back.
Taking Italy from WC group stage exit to a penalty shoot out defeat to the WC Champions in the European QFs after disposing of the current holders is not setting them back.

What’s this? Cause it seems like an excuse   :tea:**
** master debater my hole,
BLINKERS
Conte failed as an international coach, that is true, and he’ll fail at Chelsea

He’s already succeeded at Chelsea. He’s won and it rankles with you.

Double standards pal, this has nothing to do with last year at Chelsea, I’m on record plenty of congratulating him on that, he did well, but that’s not today’s discussion mate,

If I may guys

Would spurs take Conte this morning ? Absolutely
Would Chelsea take Pochettino? Very unlikely

Is that serious? Bizarre if it is.

Huh?

It’s hypothetical obviously but certainly not bizarre

You have failed to back up any of your points. They are illogical and contrary to facts. Conte is a proven winner, in no case has he left a team worse off than when he took over in recent years. He has departed those clubs in much better shape.

You are blinded by bitterness and envy.

NO offense pal but it is strange, the stock of the Spurs manager is far higher than that if his Chelsea counterpart at the moment,
If there was a swap the spurs supporters would riot while the Chelsea lads would be ecstatic, I think you’re miles off here

He’s dangerous, drunk and defeated, and corroded by failure, and envy and hate.

You are blinded by his nationality mate, because you’re insularity is crippling,
I regard him as a failure at international level going on your own standards, and it is my belief that he will leave Chelsea having brought them backwards, similar enough to Mourinho. You are the one who ya obsessed with another team,

Check mate

he isn’t a winner

How is Conte’s stock lower than Pochettino? He’s won 4 league titles in his last 4 seasons of club football. Pochettino has won nothing. As I said you’re not offering anything substantive, just bitter posts that are anti logic.
