The Cheltenham Festival 2014

I think that’s where she will run aswell. Would you back her? She would have decent claims off level weights, yet alone receiving seven pounds.

Ricci was interviewed @ navan and suggested the CH was the plan

Ricci’s Barclays mafia tactics won’t work in Closutton mate. She’ll go where Willie wants her to go

Fingal bay gets a WH entry !

Paddy Power winner 2014.

If she goes for the CH she wins it. Why would Willie run her against the fly if he knew she wasn’t capable of beating him. I suspect if she turns up it’s because she’s been beating him at home.

Because the man who funds half his stable in training fees tells him he wants her to run there.

I’ve heard that one before but I’m not buying it. You can buy it Mac if you want. But I think Ricci will ultimately not run her in that race if Mullins tells him she won’t beat the fly.

This is the first time Ricci has had a horse capable of winning a championship race and they don’t come around that often. None of the rest of his string are good enough so I don’t see him bowing down here. Wouldn’t be surprised to see them uncover a mystery injury which rules her out of Cheltenham but a miraculous recovery has her back in time for Aintree.

Forum favourite Bayan given quotes of 20/1 by Bet365 and Stan James for the County

There was a bit of a gamble on Ivan Grozny for the Triumph today. He was 16/1 in places this morning but has shortened across the board and the most you’ll get now is 10/1.

@Mac, Briar Hill continues to get shorter for the Albert Bartlett.

Clondaw court looks better than briar hill IMO .mosoltov out the weekend

Could not have him on my mind for Triumph. Ran to a mark of about 130 last time out. Hardly screams Triumph winner. Nicholl’s Calipto is by far the most impressive Triumph horse seen so far.

Think Briar Hill will run in Albert Bartlett.

I could have him for the Triunph and I want it put on record that I have backed him at 14/1 for the race.

Briar Hill looks like a horse that finds plenty for pressure. I would not oppose him too lightly. I reckon he will prove high class. May not be seen at his optimum best until fences are put in front of him.

The filly that went wrong was a machine. Hard to think there was better than her in the yard. Good luck with your bet TT, you have a decent price and given connections will be much shorter if lining up.

He’ll spend quite some time looking for fences in the AB  That CC run at the weekend was very impressive , serious turn of foot between last 2

Egg and spoon race, easy to look impressive.

Second is useful but he’ll need to step up, which he will

Great racing at the weekend. Hopefully some pointers for March. Think Harry Topper is massively overpriced at 12s in a poor renewal of Argento. He will have him ideal conditions and will be staying on better than anything else. 12s is MASSIVE. Haydock was never going to suit him lto and the books have done a seriously rick here.
