Less than 4 months to the great festival.
I’ve had my first ante post wager, an each way double on Don Cossack (Neptune 12/1) and Sure Reef (Triumph 40/1) with William Hill.

I fully expect Hurrican Fly to win the Champion Hurdle cosily
I am working on getting the trip again this year
Got an invite there to a corporate do in ascot this saturday. is it worth going ? Would there be any decent racing.

Irish runners ?
I am thinking of heading to Cheltenham for the Friday of the International meeting. Worth a trip?
No puke, gold cup day is the worst racing and horrific crowds, plus your kauto star knitwear will be out of place this year
Friday of the International meeting, 14th of December. Not the festival
Would the international meeting be big and/or popular? Presume the November meeting is the big on there outside of the festival itself?
Would the don not be aimed at the supreme tdb?
Decent but not as big as last weekend. Enjoyable cos it’d be so easy to move around and racing is still quality.
fof - probably no Irish runners but 3 good races in the middle of the card. Finians Rainbow making his seasonal bow for example.
Going for the Neptune BeT
Backed Don Cossack for the Neptune with Ladbrokes (had to go into a shop, the cunts) @ 14/1 yesterday
Best price now 10/1
Am thinking of going to the races in Fairyhouse on the 1st and 2nd of december, any good racing there?
What’s that got to do with Cheltenham :shakefist:
Sunday is a cracking day’s racing but you should be posting this in the Sport of Kings thread Taz
Bump
+1.
Mac, make me some money please, mate.
My Don Cossack bet has had a bit of a setback and there hasn’t been sight or sound of Sure Reef
The joys of ante post betting
