They frequently add some kind of deposit to someone’s first bill. That needs to be taken into account here.
For business it’s usually 3 months billing average or an estimate of that.
If she threw up the kWh used it’d be easier to see what’s going on. Either way it’s a crazy bill for a small business and isn’t sustainable if you add on rates/insurance/rent before they open the door.
