The term “The customer is always right” is a slogan used to summarise the theory that if you give a customer whatever they want they will bring repeat business and in the long run you will benefit.

IT IS NOT HOWEVER, AS SOME PEOPLE BELIEVE, SOME LAW THAT WAS PASSED IN THE EIGHTIES THAT GIVES EVERY PRICK A LEGAL RIGHT TO SAY AND DO WHATEVER THE FUCK HE FEELS LIKE, ONLY TO QUOTE SAID “LAW” WHEN CHALLENGED
