To be fair to DHR he is advocating a few glasses of stout in rural areas . I don’t really agree with him but he is not advocating open season .

It’s bullshit. Drunk pedestrians are even used to duke the stats ffs. How many of these collisions were down to car failure or sober driver error killing someone who had a pint or two.
