Anyone got the front page of yesterday’s Mail? I saw it in shop late last night and it’s another story of his exploits which is staggering - can’t recall any details except it made me almost want to buy it !
So Dj Carey came down with the worst dose of small man syndrome of all time and hid in an attic in Kilkenny while pretending to be sick.
Somebody make it make sense please.

Don’t forget Brian Cody got him as selector in 2021.
It’s almost impossible Cody wasn’t aware of what Dj Carey was upto. He’s manage to tarnish his reputation with this and the shefflin fiasco.

Jane (not her real name) is a former girlfriend.
The other thing to remember is that the €400k he raked in is only the declared amounts from people who actually came forward to admit they were duped.
There’s a fair chance he took in much more from people who have since passed away or from people who are too embarrassed to come forward.
He just seems as thick as the ditch. If he took the money and legged it to South America - to a country we don’t have an extradition treaty with - to see out his days in a beachside villa with a busty blonde or two on his arm is one thing, but he just had no exit plan when he burnt through the money and it inevitably dried up.
Thats a guarantee. And not even too embarrassed, merely dont want to be drawn into the circus.
