My argument is simple:
The man on trial should not be one of the jury.

Surely this is an independent judgement. In my opinion not only should the dunph’s vote be discounted but all his posts in this thread should be deleted as he is personally influencing the vote.

If those on his side want to make arguments for him that is fine but if right was right the dunph should have stayed out of this thread and let the members decide.

the dunph should have had the grace and dignity to know that this is a decision that the members need to form on their own.

Certainly there is no way that the dunph’s vote can count. Of that there is no doubt. But is up to Julio to decide.
