Oasis were always vastly overrated and their solo efforts are a parody of themselves. Ian Brown who can’t sing is better than the two Gallaghers combined.
Liam nailed it.
+1
It would take music snobs to not see the true meaning in all this.
a very special night, this is about humanity
TBF, it’s the only thing I saw as i’ve just switched on for the Sunday Game - I presume he butchered the other songs so much that Live Forever sounded decent? - It was woeful to me anyway.
Live forever was decent, the other two were amateurish
That was fucking unreal. It was a misstep to play HOG mind you. Should have been a Whatever in there.
He’s like a bad tribute act now in fairness, singing through his nose and exagerating the Manc.
What a performance. The greatest frontman and rock’n’roll singer of the last 25 years.
He souded like a mix between Cooper Clarke and Bo-selecta.
His voice is fucking outstanding, it’s heartwarming to hear
Bo Selecta I couldn’t put my finger on what it reminded me of.
They’re hard songs to sing but he could do it easily 20 years ago without forcing it through his nose, getting poor old harmless Chris Martin to sing the big line in Live Forever because he can’t do it himself was bad form. To his credit he could have chosen easier oasis songs to sing and he had a nice jacket on.
Craaaaaig Daaavid.
Liam owned that gig. That was special.
I thought Robbie Williams was unreal
I taped this, just watching it again, Justin Beber wanted to get across a great message “LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE”
Did he play any of the early stuff?[quote=“backinatracksuit, post:229, topic:8494, full:true”]
