The End of the World Thread (well Ireland anyway)

A thread for the day that is in it. Bring your final thoughts you wanted shared with your fellow man (and women) here.

Grow a pair ye whinging cunts

Do I regret all the time I spent here and not having spent it with loved one’s?

Hell no, I have absolutely no regrets as I lie here and face the abyss.

Went February without a drink, planned to stay off it until Tuesday week. I’ll be fair pissed off if I’m looking back in a few hours and wonder why I didn’t party like fuck these last few weeks…

Still 12 hours away pal, plenty time for regrets yet.

-6.6c on the Nenagh bypass now. I’d say it’s going to be cold today guys. Wear an extra jumper going into work.

Never knew you were off the drink mate. You should have mentioned it before

The abyss also stares into you

Bollocks. Narrow your eyes a wee bit if you have to but don’t be letting yourself down with jumpers and stuff.

Noted. Like your journey from Cork yesterday, I should have just mentioned it at the start and then confirm when it’s completed.

If it was your way @Fagan_ODowd would just tell us he was going to Paris or London and confirm when he was back in Dublin without hearing of any of his travels.

You ruined the Celebrity Spotting thread, as I predicted with you not knowing even who John Hurt was when he died, now don’t ruin every other thread with your snide comments.

Oh John Hurt played Bob Champion once (heard of him? he’s a horsey man so you probably have) great film, watch it if you ever come across it.

Sorry for touching a nerve mate

Roll on Cheltenham

The pubs will do a roaring trade today.

I wish you all good fortune in the wars to come

Hello!
Did anyone survive?

It’s too late to save Dublin. It needs to be cut adrift. Kildare will be gone shortly.
