Zaha has been fouled every time he’s got the ball
Zuniga has been great, he was really fucked over by Benitez at Napoli.
FFS sake - last few Boxing Days we had a live 3pm fixture on what was then known as Setanta Sports. No 3pm televised fixture on Sky Sports for “Republic of Ireland” viewers only. I’m seething here.
Was about to post the same. Fucking ridiculous state of affairs. I had parked myself in front of the tv for this time slot and now I’m after watching a fucking horse race instead.
I posed the same question on another thread from my sickbed. What is the reason for this? In case ROI supporters decide not to cross the channel on St Stephens day to attend one if the shite games that are on?
There’s no legal barrier to them being on I don’t think. Sky aren’t really making much of a profile from their Irish rights - I wouldn’t be surprised if they just forgot.
Anyway, a couple of streams.
Chelsea v Bournemouth: http://www.genti.stream/hd3.php
Arsenal v West Brom http://howtowatchstream.com/epl-teams/arsenal-vs-live-stream.html
Manchester United v Sunderland http://www.officialstreaming.com/epl-teams/manchester-united-vs-live-stream.html
Do they always put shit games on Stephens’ day?
No, they often have a cracker. I remember the year Brendan Rodgers nearly won the league for Liverpool on his own they were robbed at Manchester City on Boxing Day.
Channel?
Yes mate, channel.
Every round of fixtures in the EPL seems shit these days because it’s full of diddy clubs whose natural homes are in the second or third divisions, like Swansea, Bournemouth, Burnley, Crystal Palace, West Bromwich Albion, Leicester, Middlesbrough, Hull, Watford, Stoke, Manchester City and Chelsea.
Meanwhile BIG clubs like Leeds United, Aston Villa, Nottingham Forest, Newcastle United, Wolves, Derby County, Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday, Blackburn Rovers, Ipswich Town and Queen’s Park Rangers, all of whose natural homes are in the top flight, languish in the lower divisions.
Ok.for the majority of oirish people we need to cross the sea
Pedro opens the scoring for Chelsea with a nice curling effort.
Game of the day in England by a street is tonight’s clash between Newcastle and Sheffield Wednesday.
Get in there
I’d say @SkySports with @SkyIreland in cc.
A real Premier League feel to that one.
I see Aston Villa are playing Burton Albion in a league game today.
Daley Blind has put Manchester United 1-0 up at home to Sunderland with a smart left footed finish.
