Liverpool can’t compete financially with City, United, or Chelsea. Chelsea buy up loads of players purely to prevent other clubs from getting them. They then send them on loan. Financial doping. There are many reasons why Liverpool haven’t won the Premier League. There is one reason Chelsea have and it’s not Conte or Mourinho. It’s because of Abromovich and his money. Klopp doing a great job having Liverpool where they are. Conte doing a good job too but doubt he’d have Liverpool in such a position.
