One in the pink, two in the stink.
Why can’t we see who voted? I want to know who the other person who voted no was.
Stupid post-same could be said about every thread on this board. What are we supposed to talk about so?
I’ve no problem with lezzers but I can’t stand the sweeps. Let them do whatever they want in privacy but keep it away from me and my kids please.
I would be firmly of the belief that Gays should have be entitled to a civil union and to all the succession rights, tax breaks etc, that marraige entails.
I don’t agree that the catholic church should be forced to marry them though.

Why not?
Why would they be allowed get married in a Church that expressly prohibits their way of life? If you don’t accept those beliefs then you are not in the Church. By all means get married in another Church that allows gay marraige.
Fair enough-are there any churches that allow gay marriage though? And therefore gays aren’t allowed to get married? Why should they be able to get away with it while straight lads are forced into marriage by society? It is discrimination against heterosexual men.

I think you’re missing the point there JG, we’re talking about marriage as a legal institution not a religious one. So for example a straight couple can get married in a registry office, a same sex couple can’t. Nothing to do with churches etc.
Currently, there are roughly the same ratio of people on the board who are anti gay marriage as there are Fianna Fail supporters in Ireland(20%-23%).
Coincidence?
What’s the story with gays anyways? Is there enough gays to go around that they can have a choice, or do they just have to take (or give) whatever is going?
I think there’s a small shortfall but my understanding is that there are enough slutty ones around to cover this.
Depends where you are Runty. The GAA has only one gay in it’s whole population, Donal og, but the dublin service sector has thousands. I presume it’s dictated by the genetics.
Let the normal gays marry and adopt but don’t let the camp ones do it. I think that would improve things hugely and would be a win win as straight people would be far more tolerate and there would be less flamers around the place
This actually wouldn’t be a bad compromise. It’s the flamers most people don’t want near children as they account for 97% of all forms of child abuse, Although then you look at Cam in Modern Family and see what a caring father he is and that fucker is a serious queen-it’s a really tough one.
bumped for @Stephan Quest
My word, what a summation, open the fridge, smell the cheese, fella
@Richard ‘The Gay’ ?
I hope he logs in and puts some posters here in their place.
