Gary is currently 13 hours and 57 minutes without a Premier League goal. Can he end his drought this weekend or is he looking to take his drought to 24 hours? You can find out this weekend as Norwich play Stoke.
He got a lovely assist last weekend. Laid it on a plate for his teammate
The step up is proving too much for him
Has he as many goals as ÂŁ10 million teammate Ricky Van Wolfswinkel?
The pearls of stepping down to play with a lower quality team who can’t put goals on a plate for you.
How many goals has he scored anyway? Who’s Norwich top scorer and how many has that person scored? I suspect Snodgrass is top scorer and Hooper has around 7 goals but can’t be arsed checking.
He’s a decent finisher but that’s all he’s got going for him. Poorly conditioned, lazy, unwilling - he’s being found out right now. If Hooper worked harder, played for the team and conditioned himself better he might be getting more chances.
14 hours without a goal for a striker is a shocking stat at any level especially for one as limited as Hooper whose supposed forte is scoring goals.
He ran the channel, beat a defender and cut back a pass from the byline for Wes Hoolahan to tap in to give Norwich the lead in just his last game, pal.
He didn’t run the channel and he didn’t beat a defender, he played on the shoulder and made a cut back.
Norwich v Stoke is the live game on Setanta at 3pm.
Bring on Hooper ffs sake.
Norwich were l1-0 up and Hughton took Hoolahan off and the team retreated en masse
Penalty conceded soon after and converted by Jon Walters.
1-1 after 76 minutes.
Walters sent off for a high tackle (straight red).
Here comes Hooper. He’ll get 10 minutes.
Bomber, are you only counting minutes on the pitch in your stats?

Correct.
FT: 1-1.
Can’t believe I watched most of that.
Fat Gary is now without a goal for 14 hours and 6 minutes without a goal. This total is exclusive of injury time.

I’m sure it wasn’t as bad as the Spanish football which I watched 5 minutes of, pal.
An incredible amount of shit players on display. Hoolahan was the only player who showed any guile or invention. Lots of useless Irish and Scottish players to whet the appetite for the Euro qualifiers.
Saw about half of it and it was abysmal alright. Neither team was capable of putting together a constructive passage of play.
Fat Gary brought his drought to 15 hours and 11 minutes thanks to his starting appearance yesterday.
