:joy:

Sure look it, Wexford won’t mind whether we’re playing Tipp in Cork or in the neutral venue of Thurles.

It looks like it’s about to fall into the river

Do any of you guys remember the boat trips across the river on match days . I think around 1985 there stopped because one capsized . Thankfully no one drowned .

1983 Limerick v Cork replay. Was there that day as a young fella and went across in one of the boats with my parents. Amazingly, they were still operational on the return trip even though the capsizing happened prior to the game. Cregan’s last appearance in a Limerick jersey that day.

Another one that got away.

I have vague memory of the 83 . I was 9 . I remember the trimming we got there in 1985.

McKenna foaled to put us a point up I think and JBM went straight down the other end and got one .
Although in fairness, it was a late Pa Foley free that got us the draw the first day.

85 was a fucking disaster. A late Shane Fitzgibbon goal to take the bad look off it.
And it still.looked shite.

Health and safely wasn’t huge back then Elvis .

Serious commitment

We were horsed out of it that day, sadly.

Not too long to go now, pal.
