The Glastonbury Thread

They aren’t a great festival band . They were for angry students around the time of GWB .

i wouldn’t know anything about them

I’m not a great fan of Radiohead, but this set has been rather good.

I have to admit that I’ve enjoyed it too

It picked up a bit late on but overall it won’t go down as a Glastonbury Classic .

Great singalong there for Karma Police.

They wouldn’t be my first choice to go to see at a festival but the sound was very good and grand to watch from the comfort of the couch

Ah yeah .

Who is this one?

Jo Whiley is looking fabulous for 52.

Greece’s Eurovision entry for next year on now.

I thought Radiohead was a bit sterile or something. They’re not the most personable cunts but it just didn’t do it for me

Who’s headlining tomorrow?

Foo Fighters

If you were referring to the first song on after Radiohead’s set, after much research I’ve established it was sung by an English-Kosovar Albanian singer called Dua Lipa.

Meh

Radiohead are excellent live but agree big outdoors not their forte, a nice seated outdoor venue holding say 15k is about their limit. They did a great set though at Glastonbury 97, long time ago now. They have gotten very morose, but in the right mood the new album is excellent.
