It’s a bit of work to get to and a weekend on the sauce with little sleep is tough work in your early 40s but yeah I get your point.
There’s glamping, camper vans etc. all away from the the masses if it’s your beauty sleep you are worried about … there’s also the family camping area if you want to bring the kids, which is very quiet — thousands go with kids… it’s not like a festival, more like a temporary large town.

I’ve tried to get tickets to it for years pal but I haven’t been successful. Wont try again. I’ll go to Field day anymore. Might try one of the continental ones next year like Roskilde.
