I’ve a friend over in Shenzen and he says its all evs there. All taxis and anyone getting new cars are evs. BYD are the biggest ev seller, ahead of tesla, with majority of their sales in china. China accounted for over half the total global sales of evs in recent years. Its some what conflicting seeing as they are horsing into more coal plants, but they have been leading the ev charge for quite a while.

the narrative is changing from China are building coal plants to what were we doing when China was building renewables
I agree with mac, cant trust anything they say, mote importantly we can make ireland cleaner. Lets concentrate on making our air cleaner and energy usage from renewable sources. Wind and solar are on the up
