Game changer
The vote was never properly held, the corrupt ex commish was just pulling strokes in his last few hours in power. Count should hold the vote and democracy will decide, I believe Count originally wanted to but never got around to it. A simple choice, expel hislop or let him stay and enforce the agreed sanctions. This years segunda members are the electorate, and as count reviously pointed out, no man can be a judge in his own trial so hislops gets no vote, this also guarantees a majority.

Pretty shit answer. He panicked as he thought he might have got promoted (he wouldnāt have) so threw the game by putting up a dummy line up. Most people would play a fantasy league to try and win it, he just wants to exist in it with his imaginary online friends. He then denied that he threw it, before grovelling with an apology. Big question is, at what stage in this years competition will he decide to lose on purpose, fucking things up for everyone else?
