After a flurry of emails and trans-continental conference calls, on behalf of the newly formed Segunda Oversight Committee (SOC) I would like to issue a hearty welcome to all members to this years staging of the worlds greatest fantasy football competition.

The huge success of Segunda franchises in the other league, and continuing demise of @croppy_boy means we have a league with 4 new members in 2016. To ensure fair play and enjoyment for all, a decision was reached to form the SOC which will comprise of @count_of_monte_crist, the head honcho and commish, @ChocolateMice the outgoing leader who brings a wealth of experience, and myself, a segunda original who will reprise my civil service role as a advice giver, a background player really.
