God bless Tipperary, welcome home again Liam.
Is it the greatest ever win for Tipp over Cork?
Most historic. The greatest imo
Great speech from Ronan
Great to have you at home to get the place ready for him
The McGraths input this year has been one of the beautiful GAA stories. Even as a lad from East Limerick you can appreciate it.
As satisfying an All-Ireland victory as must ever have been achieved. The teams they beat, they manner they beat them. The men from nowhere. The men from Tipp. The men from the Premier County.
In my lifetime, the most unlikely All-Ireland victories at the start of a year were Cork 1990 (hurling), Down 1991, Wexford 1996, Meath 1996 and Armagh 2024. Tipp this year were more unlikely than any of them.
Congratulations Tipperary. A total victory.
I don’t follow much of the hurling stuff but I found some of the comments of the Cork contingent after the Limerick match being needlessly aggressive and I wonder if karma is a bitch.
@carryharry Will you get out and support the team next year now?
I’ll be in Nolan Park next weekend with my daughter for sure bro…
A 21 point turnaround….
Without question, the Greatest day.
Im delighted for them too,an their club.Great ambassadors for the game.Who said dual players cant win all irelands
Don’t be starting threads like this so. You refuse to get out and support the players when they were down.
The people you’d have to be most happy for are the Limerick supporters vicariously living out their dreams through Tipperary.
21 pts turnaround is crazy, especially considering it was the favourites who were leading.
Greatest Day……
Looks like you were bit higher in the stand today but you previously mentioned you’re enjoyment of the seats in the lower hogan so you could watch perplexed management teams gather together to try and figure our how to turn things around. The RTE cameras panned to a classic of the genre after about 50 minutes.
Congrats pal,delighted for ye
Congrats to the tipp supporters ye made some noise down the straight. Liam Cahill what a man
Out thought and out fought. Bitterly disappointing performance from Cork but you gotta show up for 70 mins plus to win these games and we didn’t do it. No complaints
Not sure where Cork go from here but today isn’t the day for that. One of the great halves of hurling is the story today
