massacre our cows that we massacre weekly?
so the sacred cows are actually sacred cows
They can massacre the cows in Ashkayton that have 5 legs and emit radon.
They are ating red dust, so they are good for the environment
But do they obediently acquiesce to the dogma of climate change?
Their shit is red, the lefties are delighted
From what I gather the likes of the Solis Hybrid Inverters have the capability to be programmed to do certain events at certain times. Alot of installers wouldn’t be experts on the capabilities here though from what I can see so you’ll end up with a vanilla default configuration in most cases.
As a follow up here, just got the bill from Electric Ireland for May and it’s in credit as we sent more electricity back to the grid (405kWh) than we took from it (68kWh). This is with a 3kW battery installed.
I don’t know how much power the eddy takes. Unless the eddy completely drains the supply being produced, if you can afford the battery it is well worth it, esp on days that you get sporadic hours of sunshine.
I was haggling with them over the week and I got another grand knocked off the price so it’s now costing 10k after the grant
I’m going to go ahead with it anyway without the battery as it looks like an easy retrofit will see how I get on for a few months. It does look like a no brainer alright just want to see how much behaviour change in the house can actually impact first…
My understanding of the eddi is it is just a diverter that allows energy generated to be used as needed as first priority, if excess it then diverts to heat the water, when water is heated the excess is then diverted
How much of that is down go the good weather or is that a regular pattern this time of year
What system do you have and what did it cost? Have you an EV?
Do you want my PPSN too?
I’ll have a look later on
I wonder what the next fad of @Little_Lord_Fauntleroy will be after the greens get wiped out. He’ll probably go carnivore.
I’d say he’ll go far right Nazi given the decline in Malahide.
Liverpool fan
The good weather obviously a big factor but from March April onwards you’ve plenty of electricity
The only thing you can read from that is the people don’t know what they want.
What’s the performance degradation of the battery
Will you have to replace it frequently and at what cost? My rudimentary understanding is they don’t like being emptied constantly, is there a buffer figure of 20% so there is always an amount of energy stored?
