I used love it , leisurely,max 20 miles,
But I’ve a bro must be 60,
Iron man,big belly on him for a month or so,then loses it to do the ironman etc
Where I live cycling is just too dangerous

I barely cycle anymore but I used to do a fair bit. Never found it particularly strenuous. Love it but finding the time can be tricky.
