The DPP came to the conclusion that there was insufficient evidence to charge Bailey with the crime which does not mean he did not do it. I think he did it. I form that opinion based on the information that’s in the public domain. There’s not been one shred of conclusive evidence uncovered in the intervening twenty-eight years that might indicate the involvement of a suspect other than the chief suspect, Bailey.

Sam bungey bringing out a book where he outlines why he thinks Bailey was completely innocent and completely framed by the guardai.
Interesting listening to another case they used DNA from a case in the 60s to put a fella in his 90s behind bars.
Here’s a good article he wrote after Bailey died. It’s very interesting that he thinks he’s innocent after spending so much time with him.

He’s labelling Bailey as an attention seeker.
If Bailey had just shut up, got out of town, and looked after himself, he’d probably be still alive and living happily somewhere in England.
