Take a couple of rounds off the league and let Laois, Offaly, Carlow, Kildare, Antrim in permanently. Divide Leinster into 2 groups even. How do they improve if they’re not exposed to matches.
Not like the Leinster Championship is flying anyway.

I’m surprised Mick Reynolds doesn’t do this tbh. He’s generally quite good at risk taking. I fear Kildare will ruin any chance of that however

I’d rather watch Offaly/Laois in Tullamore or O’Moore in Leinster Champ than the Galway hurlers after what they served up against Tipp. I don’t get this thing that everyone in a championship has to be contenders to win it or be super competitive in every match. Some counties get chance after chance. I wouldn’t be rushing to see the Dubs again either.
