Can you flesh it out what they are doing in realtion to that girl who they seem to have treated atrrociously
From what I can gather they did sweet fuck all initially. She was made sit an exam despite requesting an exception after being sexually assaulted. They said No. She took a court case against them and lost. The lad who assaulted her sat the exam and is still in the college.
Once it was mentioned in the Dail and the media frenzy ensued they started sounding very concerned and talked about liasing with Gardai etc. All the while sheās been frozen out while the assaulter is still in the college. Its rotten tbh.

It sounds like a very sad case but itās been heard in itās entirety before a judge who has fully exonorated the University and found against the complainant.
