Should be two intriguing games anyway. I think thatâs how the Ravens game will pan out. The Jets comparison is a good one and the Ravens have a better running game and a better defence than the Jets I think.
Think the Giants will win the other one but expect it to be very close. I think Manningâs better accuracy will edge it for New York.
Not so sure I agree the Jets comparison works, they have won once in the last 4 games, albeit that was a playoff win. Ravens are better than the Jets, with a better running game alright, but I dont think the Jets perfected anything to be honest.
I think my Giants have a pretty good defense but I wouldnât consider us a defensive team, Gman. Eli and that receiving corps are lethal and Jacobs and Bradshaw are capable of getting it done on the ground too.
Iâd consider âyour Giantsâ to be more dependant on defence though than offence. much like the niners who have a good RB, and good TE and receivers. no doubting that Cruz has added significantly to them this year (even if he has been quiet in the 2 playoffs) and as I already said, I think Bradshaw has been the key to their good run of wins.
by the way, dont ever call yourself an Eagles fan again after calling their biggest arch enemy âmy Giantsâ :guns:

Come on Gman, Eli is in another league to Alex Smith. He passed for nearly 5,000 yards in the regular season and is elite.
I negotiated my release to support my Giants and it was all above board and cleared by Commissioner Goodell. Itâs similar to Landon or Robbie coming to the EPL for a little while no their commitments with LA are finished for the time being. Iâll be back supporting my Eagles and my Jets for pre-season.
FFS. fairweather. you should be up for anyone but the Giants, and following the 2 NY teams? :guns:
Yeah Eli is undoubtadly better than Smith, a superbowl ring alone would acknowledge that. Iâm just making the point that their defence is what I think is powering them forward moreso. They held the best offensive team in the league to 20 points in their home ground. That is really good going. Usi back ont he line is a beast for them, and he made some super plays again last night. They have a serious defence, that gets overlooked at times, but it was the defence that was key when they won the last superbowl too.

No, it was Elite Manning outplaying Brady that won it for us. Our defense is class but Eli is our leader and our success is built around him.
Bandageâs fickle attitude, lack of loyalty to his Eagles / Jets and allround uselessness at NFL Fantasy Football should be cause for a review of his place in the Fantasy League, the cunt.
Iâm one of very few people to defeat the ultimate champion Rocko in the Fantasy League in the season just gone. Very disappointing to see Fran resort to jawjacking on the back of a few wins. You lost in the end too, pal. Loser.
But this thread isnât about Fantasy Football. I publicised my temporary switch to the Giants two weeks ago on this very thread (or possibly a different one) but now the vultures are circling. As I said, this is no different to supporting Atletico Madrid and Barcelona but making the temporary switch to Real Madrid. Itâs all logical and above board. Nothing to see here.
Iâm also transferring my allegiance to the Giants of New York following the elimination of the Broncos at the hands of those uber cunts from the New England region.
The weather outlook for the bay area on Sunday is for very heavy rainfall and strong and gusty winds before and during the game. Should make for a brutal game, the points spread is 43.5 at the moment and the unders is looking very appealing.
