I got a few bottles of this Kentucky IPA over the Christmas. It’s poor.
I was just in Lidl there buying a few groceries and spotted that these bad boys are back in stock. Picked up a full box. They are €1.99 a bottle, sure where would you be going turning away value like that. Was on a drink ban but that’s gone clean out the window now after this turn of events.

They’re savage. I find the beers in both Lidl and Aldi are generally top notch. They make the likes of Heineken, Carlsberg etc taste like piss

They are unrealable. I was in USA recently and spent the princely sum of $10 per pint of Franzikaner weissbier. I couldn’t stop thinking of the €1.99 bottles from lidl.
Franciscan Well Chieftain IPA. Delicious, unique and absolute rocket fuel. Love the stuff.
Quite literally the only good thing to come out of Cork.

Next time you’re in Aldi pick up a bottle of this stuff. 6% and 2.49 for a 750ml bottle. It’s absolutely fucking gorgeous
I tried it before Christmas. Thought it was quite nice alright but very strong. You’d have some hangover after four or six of them I’d say.

Bought three pizzas in a box together in Lidl as well for €2.69. Unreal. Anyone not doing their shop in lidl or aldi needs their head examined.
