This stuff from Lidl is very nice. Claims to be 7.6% but feels much lighter

It is a nice drink, and yes, it is also quite potent.

That sounds terrible

I find with Sours, I can drink about one. You can’t go on a session with them. You can’t crush one either. I’ve had this in the fridge for about 7 weeks. Kept meaning to drink but found an excuse to have something else!

It’s tasty enough though @TreatyStones

I remember going to Against The Grain before the first Run The Jewels Irish gig (cc the TFK hip hop thread). A lad we knew had just started brewing with Galway Bay and had some sour in before Christmas on draft for a limited release. Twas only 3.8% but there wasn’t a hope any of us were having a second pint of it. You’d be spending 45 minutes over it.

give us a verdict on the Erdinger. It’s a new entry in the limited selection below in the shop

That’s the octoberfest version… Once a year job. Regular erdinger is alright, can be a bit heavy after two. But fine if you like wheat beer. I like the dark one, brown label… but i love dark beers.

Im after atin two packages of tayto here now also

i got the 5 pack variety pack of erdinger the other night and the dark one was pure nectar. I can’t find it on it’s own anywhere

Most offies should have it… I only had it in my paw a few minutes ago but chanced the octoberfest one and it’s been a few years… Surely Midleton will have it?

Dunnes or tesco

my two offies of choice are off the beaten path. I’ll venture in to midleton for the red zone refreshments tomorrow
