The Man Utd Thread

Watch The Break doesn’t think so.

He places more emphasis on the variety of their attacking threat.

So not stating the bleeding obvious really.

The Big Man is back. Rooney scores a couple of minutes after coming on.

Not suprised that Evans is alongside Rio in the centre of defence ahead of Tuesday. I wonder why Van Der Sar isnt playing. I presume he is getting rested for Tuesday. Its a strong midfield with plenty of goal threat. I will say a 3.1 win for United today. The 13 clean sheets in a row will end with Tomaz in goal.

Hopefully not, I have a fifty on Utd to win to nil.

Told you. Tomaz Kuszcak is a joke. Id shoot the cunt before seeing him play for United again. It had to happen sometime and knew it would be today. Up until Blackburn equalised it was pretty comfortable for United with Rooney taking his goal well. United did look rattled for a bit but got stronger near the end of the half. Jonny Evans goal should have stood. Jumped for the ball. What else could he do.

Are you watching Merseyside?

A win is a win and I think overall United deserved it for chances created. 10 wins on the bounce has seen the gap open to 8 points. Pool cant afford any slip up at the moment.

Dont know how you thought Evans goal should have stood. The whislte was blown as Ronaldo was all over the defender, clear foul by Ronaldo, even tho he didnt head the ball, he took out a defender. He shouldnt have been on the pitch for the winner, but a great strike, but Paul fooking Robinson, what was he at. Utd got the win tho, and 3 points is all that matters. Pressure on Liverpool now.

I think Webb was giving the free out as it probbably wasnt a corner to begin with. The win should have been well put to bed after Ronaldos freekick. The chance that Blackburn hit the post with looked offside to me so probbably justice that they didnt score from it. City will roll over for Pool no problem. The match between United and Pool will ultimely decide if Pool are still in the race.

A side even as bad as Blakburn would have be disapointed not to have got a point today. Rafael was awful at right back. I felt Howard Webb as good as played with the home side today. Ferdinand, Carrick amd Scholes all piss poor. Maybe their eye was off the ball a bit. If Evans is injured, who is likely to partner Ferdinand against Inter.

Santa Cruz looked a class act today. Andrews didnt do much though.

Van Der Sar was back to his best there tonight.

Great win all things considered. 7 points ahead and a game in hand. Fookin delighted.

Shan, I’m sure I advised you to relax back in October or November.

Manchester United are clearly a class above anything in England and that league’s never, ever been in doubt.

Did someone get injured for you tonight?

Not alone are United going for this magical Quintuple…We are also driving Hull’s survival bid with Manucho…what a club.

are the wheels starting to come off uniteds charge ?

coinciding with referees actually doing their job against them
