Is it as good as „Breaking Away” though?
It is.
Slumps a bit in the middle alright. Some of the gags you’d wonder was it worth all the effort but still laugh anyway.
Not much cycling in it to be honest. There’s one scene where a guy is working in a cycle repair shop, then he moves to the other side of the shop which just happens to be a barrister. Could be a good business idea for you in Manchester.
That’s an old one!. Different kind of movie altogether.
Is that the one where ye man does 90 in the slip stream of a truck?
Premium Rush (2012) is a good push bike movie. Have you seen that one? Plenty of thrills and spills.
Denzel is not an action hero anymore, but he’s always good.
Watched that. He’s less annoying these days. Good if unusual film.
I enjoyed Shoplifters the other night, but it was sad, and, as herself said, more true to life than usual.
Japanese?
Never heard of it, might give it a go.
It’s like a Japanese ken loach film. It’s well worth watching.
Action Angelina.
I like Jason statham so I do. I’ll save this one until I get out of hospital
You ok hun ?x
Getting the third sack removed next week
Have you ever seen Crank?
I’ve seen all of Stathams stuff
Sorry for your troubles.
Crank is class though.
Just watched “Never Give In”. Very good, right up a lad my ages street. Can vividly remember the CWC final of 1983.
I can’t stand Jason Statham. I couldn’t watch a fillum he’s in. He’s the ger canning of Hollywood.
I liked that but you’ll have to explain the Cricket reference for us mere mortals.
I’d say he means Mark McGee or Gordon Strachan and not Kapil Dev or Viv Richards somehow.
I remember that game well myself. It felt like massive news at time
