Why not eliminate all physicality from the game, we’d have great free scoring games, imagine the scores that’d be racked up? We’d have a great product. You, the Count and the Galway fella might be onto something here. It could also spell the end of physcal sides such as Kilkenny as strong powers in Hurling. There migh be something in this.

Striking with the hurl off the ball has nothing to do with physicality. Typical bogger, simpleton attitude. A total red herring in this discussion.

The lad will probably get 12 weeks suspension, and justified it is too.

Kilkenny’s dominance is more to do with their skill levels than any percieved physicality but let’s not distract from you idiotic argument in this instance. Infact, such is the beating you’re getting that you’ll profess it to be an ingenius wum at any time.

12 weeks seems excessive but we shall see. What’s done is done now and we’ll not be agreeing on this I feel, which is fair enough, yours is an opinion I would respect on hurling and I do see your pov. I’ll leave it be for now as am arriving to view what will no doubt be a feast of hurling in Mullingar.
