It’s not on RTE 2 unless it’s on RTE 1 which I would doubt.

Its not on TV.
Fermoy are Intermediate A in both codes. Basically glorified Junior.

Fermoy is one of those many big towns in Cork County that do nothing GAA wise. Cobh, Youghal, Mitchelstown, Charleville etc are further examples.
Again, uninformed crap. Fermoy are one of the busiest and progressive clubs in the county. They were starting from a very low base 10-15 years ago and made their way up from Junior. They would be joint favorites with Eire og for this years Intermediate football. Yes they should have been doing better in the past, but like many garrission towns Soccer and Rugby are also very strong.

Of course Intermediate A is not glorified Junior. It’s a particularly tough competition with some of the teams in it competitive I. div 2 of the league which is full of Senior teams. Maybe when first created it was like glorified Junior (6Junior teams were promoted)but certainly not anymore.

even senior GGA is full of dullards and fuckers that wouldnt last in normal sports

anything below that is for retards, fat cunts, including the dregs and scourings of filthy slumdom, unwashed yahoos, jailbirds, night hawks, won’t-works, ‘burroo barnacles’, and pavement pirates, all, or nearly all, in the scarecrow stage of verminous trampdom

Yeah Kev, Fermoy is so progressive they are playing in Intermediate A in both codes - and only up from Junior in Hurling - despite having one of the biggest picks in the county.

Basically you are being argumentative for the sake of it as usual, so I’ll just move on.

If you knew anything about your county and the socio-demographics of these towns you’d realize they do ok.

What are you implying about the people of Fermoy Kev.

Nothing wrong with Junior Football

The very best of luck to Jim McGuinness and Donegal this weekend

What’s a burroo barnacle?

TASE did a Tony Leen on it and robbed the quote from a Glasgow Observer article from 1921

“On the terracing at the Dalmornock end on Saturday there was congregated a gang, thousands strong, including the dregs and scourings of filthy slumdom, unwashed yahoos, jailbirds, night hawks, won’t-works, ‘burroo barnacles’, and pavement pirates, all, or nearly all, in the scarecrow stage of verminous trampdom. This ragged army of insantitary pests was lavishly provided with orange and blue remnants, and these were flaunted in challenge as the football tide flowed this way or that. Practically with out cessation for ninety minutes or more, the vagabond scum kept up a strident howl of the ‘Boyne Water’ chorus. Nothing so designedly provoking, so maliciously insulting, or so beastially ignorant has ever been witnessed even in the wildest exhibitions of Glasgow Orange bigotry…Blatantly filthy language of the lowest criminal type assailed the shocked ears of decent onlookers. There was no getting away from it, chanted as it was by thousands of voices in bedlamite yells. The stentorian use of filthy language is a crime against the law of the land. Policemen lined the track and listened to the hooligan uproar, yet nothing was done to stop it. The scandal was renewed with increased violence in London Road after the match. Is it possible the blue mob can do just anything and get away with it? Prompt official steps were taken to suppress and prosecute the green brake-club lads who dared to sing ‘The Dear Little Shamrock’ in Paisley Road. Yet thousands of foul-mouthed and blasphemous Orange ruffians are free to run amok over the East End of Glasgow. How do you account for it?”

Cillian O Connor out for year it seems, another shoulder dislocation. Massive loss, Mayo fucked.

Mayo lost a more important player in Andy Moran last year and they still managed to beat Dublin. Does O’Connor contribute a huge amount from play? Doubtful. Hardly them fucked.

More important than Moran at this stage, Daniel Goulding type influence but also looked a real good No.11 last week and was the future for them there. He contributes plenty from play. As well as that Mayo have a history of unreliable forwards and free takers, he’s what they always needed.

Why is he so under rated, he’s one of the most efficient players in the game. I really don’t get what people are seeing sometimes.

Pity he is injury prone.

Tyrone are 7/4 to win in 70 minutes today. They will win.

Predictions:
Donegal 0-7 Tyrone 0-10
Laois 1-13 Louth 1-14
Kerry 6-23 Tipperary 0-8
Wicklow 1-15 Longford 1-11

if he is out for summer O´connor is a massive loss…really growing influence on mayo forward line…has great composure which is very unusual for a mayo forward…
