Cant really argue with any of those predictions, especially the kildare/louth one, after kildare pathetic performance yesterday. They were really shown up to be a nothing team.

what were kildare at yesterday??..they had fcuk all players in dublin´s half yet the 2 lads that they dropped back were just lost in no mans land…every time a dublin forward bet his man he was clean through on goal…the space given was criminal…it looked like kildare just came up with the idea in the dressingroom before the game and had never practised it before…
Dublin are frightening when they come in waves like that though…its not just one guy through on goal…he´s options either side too…great to watch…football played the right way…be great if they could win AI playing that way but we all know they are going to come up against some horribly defensive team who will drop everyone back and pick dubs off up the other end…

thanks pal…i was making that point when i explained why dublin would beat wexford in the replay by 5+ points …dublin hurlers are hard bet in parnell park…tight ground tucked away with the fans on top of you…great article…thanks pal…more importantly what did you think of dublin´s power and running yesterday? …you being so involved in S&C should consider getting a flight home to watch them in the flesh…unbelieveble to see the movement and the running lines they make…they are re inventing the way the game is played…and for the better too…

Hopefully Dublin and their free flowing football can win the All Ireland this year. That said they have only been playing dross so far and it’s easy to play that brand of football against lesser teams.

Dublin have gone through Leinster blazing a path many times in the past and ran into brick walls outside. However the walls arent quite as daunting outside Leinster anymore and these boys have a lot of medals already so they’re better prepared than in the past. They’re impressive looking, moreso than previous versions.

Any team who doesn’t play a Donegal-style system will be raped, pillaged and murdered by this Dublin team. Except Meath. Dublin v Meath is always a 50-50 match.

Ah Sid, do you really believe it will be 50-50 between Dublin and Meath? I think Dublin are well ahead of the Meath at this stage. I wouldn’t be surprised if Dublin beat them by 10 points.

what garbage…you’re watching too much of Game Of Thrones…previous versions?..I think you forget Dublin won an all Ireland 2 years ago…so whatever is waiting beyond the wall has been conquered before…I think its remarkable that Dublin’s team yesterday only had 9 starters from the team that won AI …

Very true Sidney, completely agree with that post. Meath never feared Dublin.

I expect Dublin to win by around two or three points. Then Dublin will beat Kerry in the quarter-final by 10 points, Cork in the semi-final by 15 and Mayo in the final by 20. Meath will lose their Round 4 qualifier to Galway.

think Kerry would get quite a few goals against Dublin if the gooch is on the forty and donaghy on the edge of the square.

If Kerry get two Dublin will get five.
