The angles Monaghan backs are running at is what Is catching Donegal. Their forwards are also being a bit lazy. Hunger may be an issue.
But you have to credit Monaghan. They are brilliant. I can never remember such a well regarded midfield so hammered.

You’d expect the pace will drop a bit as the game goes on but in fairness it has been Monaghan who have set the pace and Donegal are the ones struggling to keep up with it.
Played all the football and only three up ffs.
Donegal will be fine and happy to only be three down here after being second best for much of the first half.
