If a bunch of cunts want to throw coins at an injured player as he departs the pitch on a stretcher, then such cunts are not deemed worthy enough to have the last laugh.
What Walcott did was insignificant to the cunts. He may as well have done a Hitler salute - better be done for a sheep than a lamb.
Were coins thrown before Walcott goaded them? Seemed to only be in the aftermath.
Are you for real? Making a 2-0 gesture - bloody hell in all those football matches you played you must have been some pussy.
Why the need for the exclamation mark?
I think what he did was goading, what word would you use to describe it? Personally I don’t have any drastic aversion to what he did in that situation, I just find Walcott to be a reprehensible little tard. This is nothing new in football, it happens all the time in football where an opposition player provokes or taunts the crowd and objects are flung at him in response. If the player doesn’t want to run the risk of having objects hurled at him then he shouldn’t interact them. I don’t think he should be punished for what he did - I just think he’s a creep.
Now - back to my initial question. Were objects hurled at Walcott prior to him goading the Spurs fans?

If walcott wants to bait spurs fans during a derby, having experienced them before then, then he is a fucking idiot, but not as much as the spurs “fans” who threw coins

Did the rest of my post not show why I put in an exclamation mark? You seem to be very quick not to engage with anyone on here who shows confusion with your posts so I intend doing the same.
I don’t know when the objects were hurled at Walcott. If it happen prior to the 2-0 gesture then I would say the the fans are utter scum. If it happened afterwards I would still say they are scum for throwing things at an injured player departing the pitch on a stretcher after a completely inoffensive gesture.

I just find your indignation a little surprising and odd. This is common place in football, he goaded fans in a local derby game right in front of them. I don’t necessarily have a problem with that, but he’s a bit naive and incredibly dim if he didn’t expect the reaction that came his way in the aftermath - this is nothing new in football. Clearly the Spurs fans who hurled the objects are idiots and I don’t think anybody disputed this. But Walcott is clearly an idiot if he didn’t think his actions would provoke that kind of response - this is common place in football and and has been for years and years.
I’d also imagine the Spurs fans were under the illusion that Walcott was merely time wasting when down with his injury. You also seem to think Walcott did nothing that might have encouraged the hurling of missiles (rightly or wrongly).

No I don’t. Just because such actions of coin throwings etc has been common place in football doesn’t mean to say that it is right. Particularly not in respect of such a relatively inoffensive jibe.
I think a lot of people’s hatred for Walcott is blinding them with regard to this issue.

Who even said it was right? Nobody here, you seem to be looking at this from some sort of Utopian rationale and failing to grasp the reality of the situation. Whether the coin throwing was right or wrong (and everyone agrees it was wrong) Walcott was extremely naive to do what he did where he did and not expect the very consequences that occurred.
As far as goading goes, what Walcott did was utter shit as well.
What - laugh at him being out for 6 months?
Over a 2-0 gesture?
Fucking hell!
These are football fans we are talking about, the kind who will throw coins at injured players on stretchers. Of course they are going to laugh at him being out for 6 months

look , its a bad WUM at this stage, the poor sensitive tottenham “fans” who were off their head on smack and booze were offended after they were firing all possible verbal abuse at him and he reminded them of the score… christ man you’re falling apart

you really have bought into the whole thing, this post is not dumb, its just a sad reflection of where the EPL generation are today, i feel sorry for you
So that’s it - we just say that Walcott is in the football ‘game’ and this kind of shit goes on?
That is what you seem to be saying.
We therefore can overlook the actions of the fans with regard to throwing coins and laughing at Walcott being out for 6 months because they are football fans.
But what if I don’t want to overlook it and call them cunts for doing what they did and say, as I have already said, that I wouldn’t give them the respect to say that they had the last laugh?
Missiles getting hurled at footballers is nothing new, it’s nothing do with today’s generation at all.
It’s 30 years ago since Celtic had to replay a Cup Winners Cup tie with Rapid Vienna because of bottles being thrown on the pitch. Football fans have always been unruly, I just find the indignation and apparent sudden realisation baffling.

the fact that people are taking offense to a fella on a strecther reminding them of the score is quite frankly pathetic and is a reflection of today’s generation
