All their major rivals won?
I suppose their three main rivals Liverpool, Everton and Southampton all dropped points. Man City and Chelsea both won though. Possibly one or both of those could get in shake up yet.
Mediocre first half there from Arsenal after a super start with an excellent early solo effort from Wilshere. A really well taken goal. But, very sloppy stuff thereafter. Highlighted by a poor penalty attempt from Ozil that could have made the game save. His form recently is a bit of a worry.
Need to up it in the second half big time.
Wilshere/Arsenal 2 - Marseille 0
Excitement decreases my spelling ability @chewy louie
We’re going to win the league.
That gimp commentator on Setanta Dave McIntyre talking about Ozil having a quiet game and not living up to the early hype after his move. Utterly oblivious to his lovely passes for the first 2 goals.
Another brace for Rambo too.
Szczesny has improved massively this season and was very solid again - an excellent save when it was still 1-0. In truth, we were much the better side though and deserved the 3-0 victory.
Arsenal’s midfield seven of Ozil, Wilshere, Ramsey, Cazorla, Arteta, Rosicky and Flamini were all excellent today.
Good times. I am going on the batter to celebrate todays fine achievement.
Peasant.
Top of the table type peasant?

He’s only gone and scored, you know.
@OptaJoe: 3 - Nicklas Bendtner has scored in three of his four Premier League appearances against Hull City. Inevitable.
Arsene knows
Yeeeeeeessssssssssssss
Ah fuck it, disappointing finish.
But in general the point is not at all a bad one, Everton were excellent throughout. They are decent side playing a good brand of football.
Positives for Arsenal were an improvement in form again from Ozil, Szczesny was solid again & Walcott looked bright when introduced. A worry though is Arteta’s & Carzola’s form. Both are performing well below par at the moment.
Fucking hell that was woeful and continues a worrying trend.
Next up is Real, Barca, Bayern, PSG or Atletico. Another exit in the Round of 16 it is.
Things could get very ugly on Saturday morning.

I think we can contain City, but all the creativity we showed a couple of months ago has deserted us. Ozil, Arteta & Cazorla’s current form is a serious worry.
Hopefully the return of Theo can reignite the spark we have sorely missed.
