Kilkenny Waterford finished up 1-19 to 1-17 in Piltown. Mackessey made a fairly underwhelming start in the black and amber at wing forward. Padraig Boylan and Eoghan Lynch impressive in the backs.
Eoghan lyng, he has it.
Laois have a bit of work to do cc @myboyblue
The dead eyes on Aaron before throw in spoke volumes.
Tommy targeting McDonagh, league wont be an issue

Dublin hurlers out there also.
Surely a “boutique” venue for a BOICMC
Hopefully the likes of Tyler Walsh and Johnny Murphy (along with their umpires) are brought along to officiate these games.
Woukd it not be better spending the money in Ireland?
Think Tipp hurlers away too - big bunch of them in the airport yesterday
I’d have huge sympathy for our heroic civic minded hoteliers but according to the article it works out10k cheaper to go to Portugal.
And what about the ancillary businesses in Ireland who would make a few quid outside of the hoteliers?
Seems a bit off to me. More of what’s wrong with the current intercounty set ups tbh.
They should all be going back to play a few club games for a few weeks now but the split season zealots have facilitated this nonsense.
I don’t really have a strong opinion on it but fuck hoteliers.
I’m ok with your hoteliers opinion. I just believe these foreign training camps are further indicative of the stranglehold the modern day coaches have exerted on players and the intercounty game. @peddlerscross and Jack Mc’s dad are right, they’d be better off playing a round of league games with their clubs.
