Kilkenny Waterford finished up 1-19 to 1-17 in Piltown. Mackessey made a fairly underwhelming start in the black and amber at wing forward. Padraig Boylan and Eoghan Lynch impressive in the backs.

And what about the ancillary businesses in Ireland who would make a few quid outside of the hoteliers?

I’m ok with your hoteliers opinion. I just believe these foreign training camps are further indicative of the stranglehold the modern day coaches have exerted on players and the intercounty game. @peddlerscross and Jack Mc’s dad are right, they’d be better off playing a round of league games with their clubs.
