Did your lot bother taking this seriously?
Cork beat Limerick U-21s in a challenge recently by three points.
Ah we let them win it, itâll be good for the promotion of the game in Cork to lift the inaugural u17 title, will give the whole county a lift
I see we lost to Kilbritain in the hurling. On the other Sars seconds beat Duns so its all good.
Lads on PROC saying the Barrs put out a weak team for the senior championship, and then bet heavy on the intermediates winning. Dirty Togher bastards.
Are Courcey Rovers any use in premier intermediate hurling?
Playing Mallow tonight and Iâm informed Mallow are missing about five regular starters. Courcey Rovers around 3/1 at the moment.
I know little of Courcey Rovers but a town the size of Mallow âŚ
Mallow were decent last year were beaten in semi final by a point by Bandon who won the final handy. They have no league game won this year though. Donât know mich about courcey rovers
Courceys used to be senior. IIRC that was off the back of center-forward Daire Lordan and a few older lads. They havenât had anyone playing for Cork underage since Lordan 6 of whatever years ago. They looked very limited when I saw them at senior but that was 4 or so years ago.
If Mallow are missing five starters then Courceys should win. The size of Mallow hardly matters, loads of big places in Cork that have teams that donât match the size of the town (Blarney, Ballincollig, Fermoy, Cobh etc).
Mind you if Mallow arenât missing five starters then they should be winning. Theyâve been very good at underage over the last five years.
Tracton beating or drawing with Cloyne might be worth a look as Cloyne are down a couple. Tracton are fairly rubbish though.

Whatâs the story behind Cian McCarthy going to Douglas?
His Father was kicked from the manager job (and rightly so) so Cian left out of solidarity.
Isnât Niall McCarthy another brother? Because he was playing for their intermediates last week. Might be a cousin.
The team called a meeting between them to out his father â obviously, they never included him in the meeting - what the fuck could he do then?
True that! I hadnât heard the background
Barrs and BâTown hammered in the hurling.
Mallow beat Courceys. Looking at the Mallow programme, they werenât down five starters.
Blarney is not that big a population really. They have good young hurlers but a clown coaching them. They were brutal last week against an even more brutal Watergrasshill.
For all the talk about them Douglas lose to CIT. Early days but as long as they have a weak defense they will never win a thing.
Glen scored 2-30 last night, impressive no matter who the opposition.
Looks like @ChocolateMice 's lot need to start poaching more players.
